Vision Statement

We want to be recognized by people and organizations as agents of empowerment for the Caribbean and Africa.

• We teach people how to improve the collective community economic status by creating economic empowerment cooperatives managed by the local community. We will refurbish schools, clinics, hospitals, water systems and recreational facilities, we do this with the community's participation. We only work with communities that are willing to participate in projects.

• We provide trainings in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math and Sports (STEAMS). We will help students engage in critical thinking so they can visualize and realize a future to help their populations to come out of poverty.

• We focus on the family system at large with emphasis on women and girls participation in economic development, educating them in fields of science and technologies, and reproductive health. Encouraging them to play organized sports and other recreational activities so they can have fun, learn teamwork, improve self-esteem and develop a support system.

• We do this by providing funds and man power by bringing groups of educators, doctors, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, nutritionist, social workers, psychologists and other medical staff, business personnel and coaches to do trainings, skills building and to provide direct health care in participating countries.

• We accomplish this through volunteerism. Volunteers will get exposure to other cultures and vacations while being productive.

Projects:

• We currently have several pending projects in Ghana, Lesotho and Jamaica. The success of these projects depends on how much we raise to complete them.

• We are also seeking funding for educational grants to pay for post-secondary education for high school graduates and teachers who want to get advance degrees with a commitment that they will return to teaching after doing so. People are encourage to fund these projects but we are equally interested in those who want to volunteer their time to go to these countries to donate their knowledge to teach for a summer or help to build a projects or create a business, etc.
